Dell OptiPlex 7040 Black 2015
A 6th-gen Intel Core i7-6700 and 16GB of DDR4 RAM provide capable multitasking for office workloads, while the upgraded 1TB SSD ensures fast boot times and ample local storage. Its mini-tower design retains legacy utility with a DVD-RW drive and supports a triple 4K monitor setup via dual DisplayPort and HDMI, a rare feature in refurbished business desktops. This system is best for budget-conscious office administrators or data entry clerks who need a reliable, multi-display workstation for spreadsheets and web-based applications.
