Poly Voyager 218475-01
The dual-mic boom with Acoustic Fence technology blocks background noise so callers hear you clearly, backed by 24 hours of battery life and fast charging. It connects via Bluetooth 5.2, the included BT700 USB adapter for up to 50 m/164 ft range, or a wired USB-C mode, all in a 162g on-ear design with a padded headband. Best for hybrid workers who need an affordable, reliable headset for calls at home and in the office, not for studio-grade audio.

実証データ
Performance
The Acoustic Fence dual-mic setup is the real deal. In our database, this mic outperforms almost everything else in its class, which is a huge win for anyone who spends their day on calls. The 24-hour battery life is also solid, landing well above average, and fast charging means a quick top-up gets you back in the game. But the sound quality is a weak spot, sitting in the 20th percentile, so don't expect rich audio for music or media. The build quality also feels a bit cheap, which is a bummer for something you'll wear all day.

vs Competition
Stacked against the Sony ULT WEAR and Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4, the Voyager 4320 UC wins on mic quality but loses badly on sound and build. The Sony and Sennheiser are far better for music and feel more premium, but they cost more and their mics don't touch this Poly. The JBL Tune 670NC is a closer budget rival, but its mic is nowhere near as good. If calls are your priority, the Poly is the pick. If music matters at all, look at the Sony or Sennheiser.

Overview
The Poly Voyager 4320 UC is a headset that knows exactly what it is, and that's a work tool. It's not trying to be your music companion, and honestly, it shouldn't. The mic is the star here, sitting in the 96th percentile, which means callers will hear you crisp and clear even with chaos in the background. But if you're hoping to enjoy a podcast after your shift, you might want to keep your earbuds handy.
Common Questions
Q: Is the Poly Voyager 4320 UC good for music?
Not really. The sound quality is in the 20th percentile, so it's fine for voice and basic audio, but music will sound flat and uninspired. Get a dedicated pair of headphones if tunes matter.
Q: Can I use this headset with my phone and computer at the same time?
Yes, you can connect to your computer via the included BT700 USB adapter and to your phone via Bluetooth 5.2. It's designed for hybrid workers who need to switch between devices without unplugging anything.
Q: How good is the noise canceling on the mic?
It's excellent. The dual-mic Acoustic Fence technology is in the 96th percentile, so callers will hear you clearly even in noisy environments. This is the main reason to buy this headset.
Who Should Skip This
If you're looking for a headset that sounds great for music or feels premium, this isn't it. Go grab the Sony ULT WEAR or Sennheiser MOMENTUM 4 instead. The Poly is for call-heavy workers who don't care about audio quality beyond voice.
Verdict
Buy the Poly Voyager 4320 UC if you live on calls and need a reliable, comfortable headset with a killer mic. It's a workhorse, not a show pony. But if you want something that sounds good for music or feels premium in your hands, this isn't it.
