Dell Optiplex 7040 SFF Black 2015
The Intel Core i7-6700 with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 256GB NVMe SSD provides responsive multitasking for office workloads, though the integrated Intel HD Graphics 530 limits it to display output only. As a Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher unit, it offers a cost-effective entry into Windows 11 Pro with extensive connectivity via 10 USB-A ports and dual DisplayPort. This compact desktop is best for budget-conscious businesses needing a reliable terminal for data entry, point-of-sale, or call center tasks.
