Performance
The i7-1185G7 holds up better than you'd expect from a chip that's a few generations old now. With 16GB of DDR4 and a PCIe NVMe SSD, app launches and multitasking feel responsive. The Iris Xe graphics are fine for spreadsheets and video calls, but don't expect much beyond that. The real surprise is how well this thing handles a full workday of browser tabs and Office apps without breaking a sweat.

vs Competition
Against the Apple MacBook Air M5, the Latitude 5320 loses on battery life, screen quality, and raw performance. But you're paying a fraction of the price. The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x and HP OmniBook X Flip are both more modern with better displays, but again, you'll pay significantly more. The ASUS Zenbook UX3405CA and Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 are in a completely different price bracket. For pure value in a compact business laptop, the Latitude 5320 holds its own against newer competitors that cost two to three times as much.

Value & Pricing
At $340 USD refurbished, this is a steal for what you're getting. A business-grade laptop with an i7, 16GB RAM, and 512GB SSD for under $400 is hard to beat. The CAD pricing is a bit steeper at $495-500, but still reasonable for the specs. If you need a portable work machine and don't care about gaming or fancy displays, this is worth every penny.

Overview
The Dell Latitude 5320 is a business workhorse that's aging surprisingly well, especially at refurbished prices. You're getting an 11th Gen i7, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD in a 1.31kg package that still feels snappy for everyday work. The one thing to know? This is a compact laptop that punches way above its weight class for portability, landing in the 94th percentile for compactness in our database.
Common Questions
Q: Can this run modern games?
No. The integrated Iris Xe graphics score a 7.1 out of 100 for gaming. Stick to solitaire and maybe some light indie titles. This is a work machine, not a gaming rig.
Q: Is the refurbished quality reliable?
Mixed signals here. The 4.6 out of 5 rating from buyers is solid, but our reliability data puts it in the 33rd percentile. Buy from a seller with a good return policy just in case.
Q: How does the touchscreen perform?
It's a standard IPS touchscreen, nothing fancy. Responsive enough for basic touch input, but don't expect the smoothness of a premium 2-in-1. The 1080p resolution is fine for a 13.3-inch panel.
Who Should Skip This
If you're looking for a laptop with a gorgeous display, all-day battery life, or any gaming capability, this isn't it. Go get a MacBook Air M5 or a Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x instead. The Latitude 5320 is for people who prioritize portability and price over everything else.
Verdict
Buy it if you need a lightweight, capable work laptop on a budget. The Dell Latitude 5320 delivers strong CPU performance and excellent portability at a price that makes newer ultrabooks look overpriced. Just don't expect to game on it or be wowed by the display. For $340 USD, this is one of the best value propositions in compact laptops right now.
