What surprised us most is the stabilization. It's in the 98th percentile of our database, which means it's basically the best you can get right now. Handholding at 600mm and getting sharp shots is not only possible, it's easy. The STM autofocus is also a standout, fast and nearly silent, making it a solid choice for video work too.
