Sennheiser CX 150BT White
Bluetooth 5.0 multipoint pairing lets you switch between two devices while the 10-hour battery and USB-C fast charging keep up with daily use. Four ear tip sizes deliver a secure fit for passive noise isolation, though call quality scores just 16.2 out of 100. These are best for budget-conscious listeners who prioritize Sennheiser's sound signature and dual-device connectivity over microphone performance.

The 30-Second Version
A rare dud from Sennheiser. The sound is a snoozefest, the battery dies too fast, and the mic is hot garbage. Spend your $50 on literally anything else.

Performance
What surprised us most, and not in a good way, is just how far behind the sound quality is. Sitting in the 25th percentile of our database, the audio is a weak spot. The AAC and SBC codec support doesn't save the flat, uninspired tuning. It's fine for spoken word, but music lacks energy and detail. The 10-hour battery life is also disappointing, landing in the 17th percentile, which is rough when competitors are pushing 30 to 40 hours.

vs Competition
Stacked against the JBL Tune 670NC or the Soundcore Life Q20, the CX 150BT gets embarrassed. Those competitors offer over-ear comfort, active noise cancelling, and battery life that lasts for days, not hours. Even a cheap pair of TOZO earbuds will give you a more modern, wire-free experience with better sound. The only reason to pick the Sennheiser is if you absolutely must have a neckband style and a multi-point connection, but that's a niche within a niche.

Value & Pricing
The price range on this thing is a wild ride, from $50 to over $9000 from some third-party sellers. Ignore the crazy high numbers, that's just marketplace noise. At the $50 mark, you're still not getting a good deal. The sound and battery life are so far behind that even at a budget price, you can do much better with a pair of Soundcore or JBL earbuds.
Price History
Докладніше
Overview
The Sennheiser CX 150BT is a budget neckband that feels stuck in the past. The one thing to know is that you're buying the Sennheiser name on a pair of earbuds that get absolutely smoked by modern true wireless options at the same price. The sound is thin, the battery life is weak, and the build quality won't win any awards. It's a functional Bluetooth headset for calls and podcasts, but for music, it's a real letdown.
Common Questions
Q: Can I use these for working out?
You can, and the neckband design does stay put better than some true wireless buds. But with a build quality that feels pretty flimsy, I wouldn't trust them to survive heavy sweat or an accidental drop on the gym floor.
Q: How is the noise isolation?
It's passive isolation only, relying on the silicone ear tips. With the right fit, they'll block out some background hum, but don't expect any fancy active noise cancelling here. A noisy commute will still bleed right through.
Who Should Skip This
If you're looking for good sound quality or all-day battery life, this isn't it. Go get a pair of Soundcore Life P2 Minis or JBL Tune 130NCs instead. You'll get a wire-free design, way better audio, and battery life that doesn't make you anxious.
Verdict
Don't buy these. The Sennheiser CX 150BT is a relic that's been left in the dust by newer, cheaper, and better-sounding wireless earbuds. The mediocre sound, poor battery life, and awful mic quality make it impossible to recommend for music or calls. It's a rare miss from a legendary audio brand.
