G.Skill Ares Series
Operating at 1600 MT/s with CL9 timings and a standard 1.5V, this dual-channel kit delivers reliable DDR3 performance for aging platforms. The low-profile Ares heat spreader ensures compatibility with large CPU coolers in cramped builds, a practical design choice often overlooked. This kit is best for users maintaining or upgrading older LGA1155/AM3+ systems on a strict budget who need stable, no-frills memory.
