Dell OptiPlex 7040 Black 2019
Its 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD provide responsive multitasking and fast boot times for office workloads, despite the aging 6th Gen Intel Core i5-6500 processor. The compact SFF chassis and extensive connectivity, including 10 USB-A ports and DisplayPort, make it a practical fit for space-constrained desks with legacy peripherals. This refurbished system is best for budget-conscious small businesses needing a reliable Windows 11 Pro terminal for data entry, point-of-sale, or basic administrative tasks.
