Best MSI Compact Laptops Under MX$40,000 in 2026

Combining an AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor with a discrete GeForce RTX 5050 GPU and 8GB VRAM, this laptop delivers capable 1080p gaming performance and hardware-accelerated AI tasks. The 15.6-inch touchscreen and full-size backlit keyboard add functional versatility, though the 45% NTSC display and 2.80kg weight prioritize utility over color accuracy or portability. It’s best for students or entry-level gamers who need a single, affordable machine for coursework and moderate gaming.
