Gigabyte Radeon RX 7800 XT Gaming OC 16GB GDDR6
The RDNA 3 architecture and 16GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus deliver a 37.3 FP32 TFLOPS compute advantage, making it a strong 1440p performer. Its triple-fan WINDFORCE cooler and protective metal backplate ensure sustained boost clocks and durability under load. This card is best for high-refresh-rate 1440p gamers who also need reliable AV1 encoding for streaming.

Buyers upgrading from older GPUs report big performance gains, cooler temps, and good value. Main complaints are loud fans out of the box and a learning curve with AMD's software.
- Performance roughly doubles versus older cards like 2070 SUPER and 5700 XT, with cooler operation.
- Card is loud out of the box, but easily fixed with a fan curve adjustment.
- AMD Adrenalin software has great features but is less intuitive than NVIDIA's overlay.
- Good value with Freesync monitor compatibility and bundled game (Avatar) runs flawlessly.
