DOQAUS LIFE 4
Dual 40mm drivers with three EQ modes and a 90-hour battery that gains 5 hours from a 10-minute charge make this headphone a standout for marathon listening sessions. Plush memory foam earcups, a foldable water-resistant build, and Bluetooth 5.3 multipoint deliver all-day comfort across two devices. It’s best for frequent travelers and gym-goers who value weeks-long battery life and customizable sound over call clarity.

实测数据
Performance
Battery life is the star of the show here. At 90 hours, it sits in the 98th percentile of our database, which is basically best-in-class territory. The quick charge is no joke either, giving you 5 hours of playback from a 10-minute top-up. Sound quality is also a standout, landing in the 97th percentile. The dual 40mm drivers and three EQ modes deliver a punchy, enjoyable sound that's way better than the price suggests. ANC performance is well above average too, effectively hushing background hum. The weak spot is call quality. The mic score lands in the middle of the pack and users consistently report it sounds muffled, so your voice won't be crystal clear on the other end.

vs Competition
Stacked against the Soundcore Life Q20, the DOQAUS LIFE 4 holds its own with better battery life and a lighter build, though the Soundcore might feel a bit more polished. The TOZO HT3 is another strong budget contender with a similar feature set, but the DOQAUS edges it out in sheer stamina. Compared to the Sony WH-CH720N, you're giving up brand prestige and a more refined mic, but you're also spending a fraction of the cash. If marathon battery life is your top priority, the DOQAUS is the clear winner in this group.

Value & Pricing
This is a no-brainer if you're on a tight budget. The performance you get for under $50 is remarkable. You're getting sound and battery life that can hang with headphones costing three or four times as much. The trade-offs in mic quality and premium feel are totally fair at this price. It's one of the best pure value plays in the over-ear market right now.

Overview
The DOQAUS LIFE 4 is one of those headphones that makes you question why you'd ever spend $200 on a big brand name. For somewhere between $20 and $43, you're getting a ridiculous 90 hours of battery life, solid ANC, and sound that genuinely surprised us. It's not perfect, but the value here is kind of absurd.
These are clearly aimed at gym-goers and travelers who don't want to baby their gear. They're lightweight, fold up nicely, and can handle some sweat. Just don't expect them to be your go-to headset for important work calls. The mic is the one area where the budget roots really show.
Common Questions
Q: How good is the noise cancellation on these?
The ANC is well above average for this price range, scoring in the 85th percentile. It does a solid job of cutting out low-end hum like engine noise, making them great for travel, though it won't silence everything like a premium pair from Bose or Sony.
Q: Can I use these wired if the battery dies?
Yes, they include a 3.5mm jack for wired listening. With 90 hours of battery life, you probably won't need it often, but it's there as a backup for long trips.
Q: Are these good for working out and running?
They're designed with the gym in mind. They're lightweight, sweat-resistant, and foldable. Just be aware that some owners mention the headband can loosen over time, which might cause them to slip during intense movement like bending over or running.
Who Should Skip This
Skip these if you take a lot of phone calls or need a headset for Zoom meetings. The microphone quality is the biggest letdown here, and your voice will sound muffled to others. If call clarity is a dealbreaker, look at something like the Sony WH-CH720N instead.
Verdict
If you want a pair of wireless over-ears for the gym, travel, or just casual daily listening and you don't want to stress about charging them constantly, just buy these. They're perfect for anyone who prioritizes battery life and sound over taking calls. At this price, they're an easy recommendation and a genuine steal.
