The HDR performance caught us off guard. Sitting at the 78th percentile, it handles Dolby Vision and HLG better than a lot of pricier sets, which is rare for a budget QLED. But the display itself lands in the 18th percentile, and you feel it. Motion Rate 60 means fast sports and action scenes get soft, and the Direct LED backlight doesn't do it any favors in dark rooms. The 20W speakers are fine for a bedroom, but the Dolby Atmos claim is mostly marketing. You'll want a soundbar.
