Факти
Performance
The i5-1334U handles everyday multitasking without breaking a sweat. Ten cores sound impressive, but only two of them are performance cores, so don't expect desktop-level crunching. The 1TB SSD is the real star here, it's snappy and roomy. What surprised us most is how much the integrated Iris Xe graphics hold this thing back. Gaming is basically off the table, and even light photo editing feels sluggish compared to laptops with dedicated GPUs.

vs Competition
The MacBook Pro M5 absolutely destroys this Dell in battery life, display quality, and raw performance, but it costs triple the price. The Lenovo Legion 5i is the obvious pick if you want any gaming capability at all. For pure budget productivity, the Microsoft Surface Laptop 7th Edition has a better screen and build quality, though you'll pay more for similar specs. The Dell wins on storage capacity per dollar, and that's about it.

Value & Pricing
At $659, you're getting a lot of storage and memory for the money. But that battery and display feel like corners were cut to hit the price. If you need a desk-bound machine for office work and web browsing, it's a fair deal. If you need portability or any graphics muscle, keep looking.
Докладніше
Overview
The Dell 15 DC is a budget-friendly workhorse that gets the basics right but won't win any beauty contests. You're getting a 13th Gen Core i5, 16GB of RAM, and a full 1TB SSD for under $700, which is a solid deal on paper. The one thing to know? That 41Wh battery is going to have you hunting for outlets way more than you'd like.
Common Questions
Q: Can this laptop run modern games?
No. The Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics score in the bottom half of our database. You might get away with older titles or very light indie games at low settings, but anything from the last few years will struggle. Get a Legion 5i if gaming matters.
Q: How long does the battery actually last?
Dell claims up to 6 hours, but with a 41Wh battery and a 15.6-inch screen, real-world use is probably closer to 4 hours of light browsing. Video streaming will drain it faster. This is not a laptop you leave the charger at home with.
Q: Is the touchscreen worth it?
It's a nice bonus if you like tapping through menus or scrolling with your finger, but the 250-nit brightness and 45% NTSC color coverage mean the screen itself is pretty mediocre. Don't buy this just for the touchscreen.
Who Should Skip This
If you need all-day battery life, skip this. The 41Wh cell is one of the smallest we've seen in a 15-inch laptop. Go grab a Surface Laptop 7th Edition or a MacBook Air instead. If you want to play games or edit video, this isn't it either, get a Legion 5i with a real GPU.
Verdict
Buy this if you need a cheap, stationary Windows 11 Pro machine with a big SSD and don't care about battery life or screen quality. It's a fine office desktop replacement that happens to have a screen attached. Everyone else should save up a bit more for something with a better display and battery.
