Buyers praise the sound quality, app features, and design, but note on-ear comfort limits long wear and ANC is weaker than over-ear rivals.

   • 👍Excellent sound quality with deep bass, clear mids/highs, and immersive soundstage via app.
   • 🤔Comfort is good initially but ear discomfort and heat buildup after about one hour of wear.
   • 👎ANC is underwhelming compared to over-ear competitors like Beats or Sonos Ace.
   • 👍App offers extensive customization: EQ, ANC/transparency, soundstage, button mapping, and more.
