What owners think
How owner sentiment changed over time
ExclusiveBased on when customers actually wrote their reviews - so you can see whether early praise held up.
- Q1 202593/100
Buyers report excellent speed and low latency, with one noting easy cooling via motherboard heatsink. Another praised performance but mentioned installation challenges near GPU and stock cooler.
- Performance is top-tier: 1.5-2x faster than Firecuda 530, 30% faster 4K reads, and low latency.
- Cooling is manageable with motherboard heatsink; one user saw 51C under stress with extra fan.
- Installation can be tricky: M.2 slot placement near GPU backplate may require additional airflow.
- Recommended for video editing and gamers; one reviewer calls it one of the fastest Gen5 drives.
- Q4 2024100/100
Buyers report the drive is fast, works perfectly, and was easy to install with no issues. One reviewer notes it's only been a couple of weeks, so long-term reliability is unproven.
- Drive is fast and performs well.
- Easy installation with no BIOS or setup issues.
- Long-term reliability not yet tested; only used for a couple of weeks.
