ExclusiveBased on when customers actually wrote their reviews - so you can see whether early praise held up.
- Q4 202390/100
Buyers praise the RTX 4070's impressive 1440p/1080p performance, quiet fans, and low temperatures, but note its high price and limited 12GB VRAM compared to AMD.
- Excellent 1440p and 1080p gaming performance with high frame rates on ultra settings.
- Quiet operation and low temperatures (idle 28-34°C, under load max 65°C).
- High price point; 12GB VRAM is a hard sell versus AMD's more VRAM for the money.
- Ray tracing reduces FPS; only modest upgrade from 3060 Ti.
- Q3 2023100/100
Buyers praise the GPU's cooling and performance, noting low temperatures and significant upgrades from older cards. One reviewer discusses installation of the anti-sag bracket.
- Excellent cooling performance, max temps 60-70°C even under load.
- Huge performance boost upgrading from GTX 1060 or similar older cards.
- Anti-sag bracket requires careful leveling; instructions could be clearer.
- Compact size fits well in mid-tower cases, unlike bulkier models.
