AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 5955WX 16-core sWRX8
The 16-core Zen 3 architecture and 64MB of L3 cache deliver strong single-threaded boost up to 4.5GHz alongside competent multi-threaded throughput for mixed workloads. Eight-channel DDR4 ECC memory support and 128 PCIe 4.0 lanes provide massive expansion headroom for storage and accelerators that the spec sheet alone doesn't convey. This processor is best for workstation users running 3D modeling and visualization software who need a balance of fast active workflow response and reliable background rendering.
