What Buyers Say
LG OLED evo AI 4K C5 Series OLED83C5PUA 83"
The LG TV receives overwhelmingly positive feedback for its stunning picture quality, especially in HDR, and excellent built-in speakers that may eliminate the need for a soundbar. However, a significant frustration is the remote's mouse-like cursor pointer, which cannot be permanently disabled and is particularly problematic for users with unsteady hands. A standout feature praised by hearing-impaired users is the preserved 3.5mm analog headphone jack, allowing simultaneous TV speaker and headphone audio, a rare accessibility feature. Setup is generally easy, though the TV is heavy and the stand assembly instructions could be clearer.
Pros
- Stunning picture quality especially in HDR
- Excellent built-in speakers
- Preserved 3.5mm analog headphone jack
- Simultaneous TV speaker and headphone audio
- Thin bezels and sleek design
Cons
- Mouse-like cursor pointer cannot be permanently disabled
- Remote cursor difficult for users with shaky hands
- No input button on remote
- No mute button on remote
- TV is heavy and awkward to move alone
