The LG QNED evo AI TV generally receives praise for its bright, vibrant picture quality and immersive viewing experience, especially for movies, sports, and gaming. However, significant frustrations center on the remote control, particularly the lack of a dedicated mute button and poor documentation, with some users reporting sound switching issues and edge-lit uniformity problems. While many find it a great value for the price, the remote design and occasional software quirks detract from an otherwise excellent display.
