What Buyers Say
Deco Gear VIEW490 49" Black 2019
The Deco Gear curved monitor generally receives high praise for its price, resolution, and gaming performance, with users highlighting the 144Hz refresh rate, 1440p resolution, and built-in hub. However, a verified negative review reports a critical USB-C port failure after a few months and describes customer support as nearly impossible to reach, with a promised replacement never delivered. While most reviews are very positive, the single detailed negative account significantly lowers the overall score due to the severity of the issue and poor support experience.
Pros

- Sharp 1440p resolution with 144Hz refresh rate
- Built-in USB-C hub with power delivery
- Immersive curved display
- Easy plug-and-play setup
Cons
- USB-C port failure after a few months
- Terrible customer support
- VESA mount compatibility issues
- HDMI resolution limitations on MacBook Pro
- Decorative piece doesn't fit with VESA screws

This Samsung QD-OLED monitor receives overwhelmingly positive feedback for its stunning colors, deep blacks, and exceptional responsiveness. Users highlight the 360Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms response time as game-changers for competitive gaming, with many noting a noticeable improvement in gameplay. A few minor concerns include color fringing on text (typical for QD-OLED at 1440p) and occasional random flicker, but these are generally considered negligible. The build quality is praised as premium and sturdy, and the anti-glare coating is effective in most lighting conditions.
