Acer Predator Helios Neo 16" PHN16S-71-98RF Obsidian Black 2025
The Acer Predator Helios Neo 16S AI offers exceptional value for its price, with a stunning OLED 240Hz display, powerful Intel Core Ultra 9 and RTX 5070 Ti performance, and upgradable RAM and storage. However, users consistently report poor battery life (locked at 240Hz), weak speakers, and significant heat and fan noise under load. Some units have had issues with coil whine or random restarts, and the build is difficult to modify. Overall, it's a beast for plugged-in gaming but has notable compromises.
