What Buyers Say
HP Laptop
This laptop receives mixed feedback. Many users praise its performance, large keyboard with number pad, clear screen, and value for money. However, several critical issues are reported: USB ports incompatible with monitors, exaggerated battery life (under 3 hours), a pre-activated warranty suggesting a used unit sold as new, and an out-of-box failure where the BIOS does not detect the boot device. While some find it a solid business machine, reliability and seller practices are major concerns.
