What Buyers Say
Dell Latitude 14" 5420 Silver 2021
The Dell Latitude 5420 refurbished laptop draws mixed reactions. Many users praise its strong specs—Intel Core i7, 32GB RAM, and fast SSD—and great value for the price, with several calling it lightweight, snappy, and reliable. However, a few customers report serious hardware issues, glitching, or units that arrived dead on arrival, and the lack of a touchscreen and need for a separate internet connection for setup frustrate some. Overall, it's a solid business performer for the money if you get a good unit, but quality control seems inconsistent.
