Dell Latitude 13.9" 5420 Aluminum Silver 2021
75 out of 100 medium confidence 15 reviews
The Dell Latitude 5420 generally receives positive feedback for its good performance, lightweight design, and great value for the price, especially as a refurbished or budget business laptop. Users appreciate the fast processor, ample 32GB RAM option, and sturdy build. However, significant concerns include hardware reliability issues with reports of units failing or not turning on, as well as dependency on an existing internet connection for initial setup. Shipping delays from some vendors also frustrate buyers, though the product itself is often praised as a reliable workhorse.
