The mini buds are praised for comfort, especially for sleeping or small ears, while the larger ones are often criticized as uncomfortable. Sound quality is described as decent for the price but occasionally tinny, and battery life receives mixed feedback—some find it excellent, others report it short with an annoyingly loud low-battery warning.
