Despite some delivery and packaging issues reported by one user, the ASUS VA279HAL monitor is highly praised for its value, ease of setup, and eye-care features like low blue light and flicker-free screen. Users appreciate the crisp picture, stable stand with height and tilt adjustments, and the inclusion of an HDMI cable. The built-in speakers are considered weak, and on-screen controls are a bit fiddly, but overall this is seen as a solid, affordable work monitor.
