The laptop has a beautiful screen and lightweight design, but suffers from severe reliability issues including motherboard failure, SSD failure, and fan control problems. Battery life is very poor, lasting only 40 minutes to 3 hours, and technical support is slow and expensive. Many users report defects like cracked screens and vertical lines, making this a high-risk purchase despite its attractive appearance.
