Most users found it nearly indistinguishable from a new laptop despite being several years old from models like 2019 and 2015. While a few encountered minor issues such as adhesive skin on the top cover, occasional screen glitches, and charger durability concerns, these did not significantly detract from overall satisfaction. The majority recommend it as a cost-effective alternative to a brand new Mac, especially for basic tasks like web browsing, email, and productivity.
