What Buyers Say
JLab Epic Lab Edition IEUEBELABRBLK82
The JLab Epic Lab Edition earbuds deliver exceptional sound quality with hybrid dual drivers, LDAC/AAC support, and powerful bass that impresses even audiophiles. Battery life is outstanding at 9-13 hours per charge with 30+ hours from the case, and the ANC is effective without hiss. However, call quality is a major weakness—voices sound robotic and lack detail, and the touch controls can be overly sensitive. The app is barebones but functional, and the included USB-C dongle is a nice bonus for low-latency audio on PCs.
Pros
- Excellent sound quality with hybrid dual drivers
- Outstanding battery life (9-13 hours per charge)
- Effective active noise cancellation
- Premium metal charging case with wireless charging
- Includes USB-C dongle for low-latency audio
Cons
- Poor call quality with robotic voice
- Overly sensitive touch controls
- Barebones app with limited features
- Bulky earbuds may not fit small ears
- Audio passthrough mode not refined
Technics EAH-A800
The Technics EAH-A800 headphones receive overwhelmingly positive feedback for their exceptional sound quality, which many users compare favorably to wired headphones, especially when using the LDAC codec. Reviewers praise the comfortable fit, effective ANC, and the ability to create an immersive soundstage with clear stereo separation. However, a few users report durability concerns, such as the headband material loosening within a month and faulty components after a year, while others suggest minor improvements like larger ear cups and more EQ bands.

- Immersive soundstage with stereo separation
- LDAC codec support for high-quality audio
Cons
- Durability concerns with headband material
- Faulty components after a year
- Ear cups could be slightly bigger
- Headband feels hard on scalp
