PNY GeForce RTX 3070 XLR8 8GB GDDR6
82 out of 100 medium confidence 12 reviews
The PNY RTX 3070 Uprising Dual Fan Edition gets strong marks for its exceptional cooling and quiet operation. Verified buyers report it rarely exceeds 65°C under load and handles 1440p/120Hz gaming easily. The main complaints are about the premium price compared to the Founders Edition and the non-illuminated GeForce RTX side logo. A few users note the RGB is barely visible unless vertically mounted and that the included 12-pin adapter is short and unsleeved.
Pros
- Exceptional cooling performance
- Very quiet operation under load
- Great 1440p/120Hz gaming performance
- Good value compared to 3080/2080 Ti
- Solid build quality with metal backplate
Cons
- No illuminated side logo
- RGB barely visible in horizontal mount
- Short, unsleeved 12-pin adapter cable
- Minor noise increase over previous gen
- Driver optimization issues in some new games
