The Jabra earbuds receive mixed feedback. Users praise the multipoint connectivity for seamlessly switching between work calls and music, making them ideal for remote work. However, a significant complaint is the aggressive sleep mode that causes audio delays after brief silences, rendering them frustrating for video and voice chat.
