HP OMEN Transcend 14" 14-fb1023dx Shadow Black 2025
Acer Swift AI 14.5" SF1411TX53K Iron 2024
Buy the HP OMEN Transcend 14 if you want a portable gaming laptop that can also handle video editing, 3D work, or heavy multitasking without breaking a sweat.
Grab the Acer Swift AI if you need an all-day ultraportable for web browsing, docs, and light productivity, and you don't care about gaming or GPU-heavy tasks.
Diferencias clave
- GPU performance is not even close: the OMEN's RTX 5070 scores 28,703 on benchmarks vs the Acer's Qualcomm Adreno at 59. That's a 486x gap, so gaming on the Acer is basically a slideshow.
- The OMEN has double the RAM (32GB vs 16GB) and a 16-core CPU with 24MB of L3 cache, while the Acer's 12-core chip has just 6MB. Multitasking and heavy apps will feel dramatically snappier on the HP.
- Display quality is a huge differentiator: the OMEN packs a 500-nit 3K OLED panel, while the Acer settles for a 300-nit IPS screen. Colors, contrast, and HDR content will look way better on the HP.
- The Acer wins on connectivity with Wi-Fi 7 vs the OMEN's Wi-Fi 6E, and its integrated GPU means better battery efficiency in theory. But real-world owners of the OMEN report solid battery life in eco mode, so the gap isn't as wide as the spec sheet suggests.
- Price is the elephant in the room: the OMEN is a premium machine with a premium price tag, and owners specifically call out the open-box value as a major plus. The Acer is the budget-friendly pick if you just need a basic laptop.
