The iPad Pro itself receives praise for its performance, display, and overall value, especially when purchased refurbished at a discount. However, two reviews highlight significant quality issues with the refurbished units, including overheating caused by generic chargers, scratches, incorrect model/color, and incompatible accessories. While the product is highly regarded, the refurbished experience is inconsistent and requires careful inspection.
