This budget tablet has polarized users. While some praise its value as a first tablet or entertainment device, noting decent performance and a sturdy case, many others report severe reliability issues within weeks or months. Frequent complaints include poor battery life, overheating, freezing, screen failures, and flimsy chargers. The sentiment is sharply divided between those who got a functional unit and those whose device failed quickly, with several advising to spend extra on a Kids Kindle Fire instead.
