This flip phone is a mixed bag for seniors. Some users appreciate its simplicity, large buttons, and basic call/text functionality, especially for those who just need a reliable phone. However, many reviews highlight severe issues with the Alexa integration, which is confusing and unreliable, making it nearly unusable for elderly users with limited tech experience. The phone's weight and sound quality are also noted as drawbacks, while the emergency button and build quality are praised.
