What Buyers Say
HP Pavilion 14" 14-dq0040nr Honey Lavender 2025
The HP laptop generally receives positive feedback for its value, speed, and lightweight design, making it ideal for work and study. However, several verified reviews highlight significant issues: a defective display, poor customer service from HP, a clacky keyboard, and the restrictive Windows 11 S-Mode that blocks non-Microsoft apps. The keyboard labels are hard to read without backlighting, and one unit arrived with only 4GB RAM instead of the advertised 8GB.
Pros
- Good value for money
- Fast performance
- Lightweight and portable
- Clear screen
- Comfortable keyboard
Cons
- Windows 11 S-Mode restrictions
- Defective display on some units
- Poor HP customer service
- Clacky cheap plastic keyboard
- Keyboard labels hard to read without backlight
MSI Vector 16" VECTOR16HXA2400 Cosmo Gray 2025
The MSI Vector 16 HX is widely praised for its top-tier performance, combining an Intel Ultra 9-275HX processor and RTX 5080 graphics to handle gaming, multitasking, and creative work with ease. Users highlight the vibrant QHD+ 240Hz display, premium build quality, and excellent value for money, especially when purchased on sale. The main drawbacks are loud fan noise, even at idle, and the laptop's thick, heavy design, though many find the robust cooling and power efficiency trade-offs acceptable.
