What Buyers Say
JLab Go Work Pop HBGWRKPOPRLLC4
The JLab wireless headset is generally well-regarded for office use, with many users praising its comfort, battery life, and clear call quality. However, there are significant concerns about durability, with reports of the power button getting stuck and battery life not meeting the advertised 50 hours for some users. The microphone quality is also inconsistent, with some finding it excellent and others reporting that callers can barely hear them. While it's a good value for the price, potential buyers should be aware of these potential issues.

- Good battery life
- Clear call quality
- Easy Bluetooth pairing
- Lightweight design
Cons

Sony WH-1000XM6
The Sony WH-1000XM6 earns praise for its exceptional noise cancellation, clear sound quality, and comfortable fit for many users, with several calling it the best headphones they've owned. However, a significant number of reviews highlight serious drawbacks: uncomfortable clamping force and shallow earcups causing pain, buggy multipoint Bluetooth connectivity, a fingerprint-prone finish, and disappointing customer service regarding warranty repairs and promised free gifts. While the ANC and audio are top-tier, comfort and reliability issues prevent it from being a universal recommendation.

- Comfortable for many users
