Microsoft Surface Laptop 15" 7th Edition Platinum 2025
Lenovo Legion Pro 16" Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 Eclipse Black 2025
Grab the Surface Laptop 7 if you want a thin, light, all-day machine for web browsing, Office work, and streaming, and you don't care about gaming or heavy creative workloads.
Buy the Legion Pro 7i Gen 10 if you're a gamer, CAD designer, or developer who needs desktop-class performance and doesn't mind lugging around a beefier machine.
Belangrijke verschillen
- GPU performance is a 478.7x gap: the Legion's RTX 5090 scores 28,246 vs the Surface's integrated Adreno at 59, so gaming on the Surface is basically a slideshow while the Legion handles 4K titles without breaking a sweat.
- The Legion packs 64GB RAM and 2TB storage vs the Surface's 16GB and 512GB, which matters if you run VMs, large CAD assemblies, or keep a big game library installed.
- The Surface wins on compactness (64 vs 55) and runs a Snapdragon X Elite at 3.4 GHz, so it's the pick for battery life and portability, but that ARM chip means some x86 apps still need emulation.
- Display quality goes to the Legion's OLED panel at 2560px vs the Surface's IPS at 2496px, and owners specifically call out the OLED as a highlight for both gaming and CAD work.
- Customer sentiment for the Legion is nearly flawless at 92/100, with users praising cooling, RGB, and build quality, though one reviewer got a scratched touchpad out of the box, so give yours a once-over on arrival.
