The MUSICOZY sleep headband is widely praised for its comfort, long battery life, and ease of use, making it a popular choice for sleeping, walking, and watching TV without disturbing others. While the sound quality is considered acceptable for the price, several users note it is not noise-cancelling and that the volume adjustment can be too coarse, with a big jump between the lowest and next level. A few reviewers mention the headband may slip off during sleep or stretch over time, but overall it is seen as excellent value for money.
