Der LG-Fernseher erhält überwältigend positives Feedback für seine atemberaubende Bildqualität, besonders bei HDR, und die hervorragenden eingebauten Lautsprecher, die eine Soundbar überflüssig machen können. Eine große Frustration ist jedoch der mausähnliche Cursor der Fernbedienung, der sich nicht dauerhaft deaktivieren lässt und besonders für Nutzer mit zitternden Händen problematisch ist. Ein von Hörgeschädigten gelobtes Highlight ist die beibehaltene 3,5-mm-Kopfhörerbuchse, die eine gleichzeitige Audioausgabe über TV-Lautsprecher und Kopfhörer ermöglicht. Die Einrichtung ist meist einfach, aber der Fernseher ist schwer und die Aufbauanleitung für den Standfuß könnte klarer sein.
