The wireless Zero Connect box is a standout feature, delivering lag-free video and a clean, cable-free setup. However, numerous reviews highlight severe issues with open-box purchases from Best Buy, including missing components like the Zero Connect box or remote, burn-in, and misleading condition descriptions.
