What Buyers Say

While many users praise the impressive battery life, comfortable fit, and convenient charge display, a significant number report severe defects like one earbud dying quickly, charging cases failing completely, and sticky buttons. Customer service is hit-or-miss, with some receiving prompt replacements and others stuck in a support loop. Overall, the product seems to offer good value when it works, but quality control is a major concern.
