What Buyers Say
JBL Live Beam JBLLIVEBEAM3PURAM
The JBL Live Beam 3 earbuds receive mostly positive feedback for their excellent sound quality, deep bass, and innovative charging case with a touchscreen. Users appreciate the customizable app, effective noise cancellation, and comfortable fit. However, some report issues with firmware updates causing one earbud to fail, accidental touch controls, and a case that unlocks in pockets. The ANC is generally good but not top-tier, and battery life could be better for active users.

- Deep bass
- Innovative charging case with touchscreen
- Customizable app
- Effective noise cancellation
Cons
- Firmware update failures

- Case unlocks in pocket
- ANC not top-tier

BASN BmasterX 6
These IEMs deliver exceptional detail and directional audio for gaming, with many users praising the crisp sound and solid build quality at an affordable price. However, the bass below 120 Hz can be muddy and distorted, and the PZT drivers may cause harsh highs on older or less polished recordings. Comfort is generally good, though some find the fit only adequate. Overall, they excel for modern, well-mastered music and gaming, but may disappoint listeners seeking clear low-end or tolerance for bright treble.
Pros
- Excellent directional audio for gaming
- Crisp and detailed sound quality
- Solid build quality and protective case
- Great value for the price
- Comfortable fit for most users
Cons
- Muddy and distorted bass below 120 Hz
- Harsh highs from PZT drivers on older recordings
- Only adequate comfort for some users
- Requires audio software for optimal sound
- Not suitable for clear bass reproduction
