This Dell laptop receives mixed feedback. Many users praise its affordability, fast performance for everyday tasks, and decent storage, making it a good value for under $300. However, a detailed negative review highlights serious issues: a very short battery life (2-3 hours), a dim screen, a loud fan that blows hot air onto the screen, a cheap plastic build, and a frustrating Windows 11 setup with constant ads. While several buyers are satisfied with their purchase for basic use, the reported defects and poor tech support experience for one user are significant concerns.
