Acer Nitro V 16 AI Black
Apple MacBook Pro 14.2" M4 Max Silver 2024
Grab the Acer Nitro V 16 AI if you're a gamer on a budget who wants a high refresh rate display and a discrete RTX 5050 without paying MacBook money.
Get the MacBook Pro M4 Max if you do heavy photo/video work, software development, or anything that needs serious CPU and GPU muscle in a premium, compact package.
Ключові відмінності
- CPU performance isn't even a contest: the M4 Max scores 43,903 in multi-core benchmarks vs the Ryzen 5 240's 22,535, nearly double the processing power.
- Storage is 4TB NVMe SSD on the MacBook vs 1TB standard SSD on the Acer, so you get four times the space and faster read/write speeds.
- The Acer's 180Hz IPS panel beats the MacBook's 120Hz Mini-LED for pure refresh rate, which matters for fast-paced gaming, but the MacBook's Mini-LED wins on color accuracy and contrast for creative work.
- Gaming is the one category where the Acer leads, scoring 77 vs 60, thanks to its discrete RTX 5050 GPU and higher refresh rate display.
- Ports and connectivity favor the MacBook with 3 USB-C ports and Wi-Fi 6E vs the Acer's single USB-C and Wi-Fi 6, so you'll need dongles or hubs with the Acer.
