What Buyers Say
LG M-series OLED77M3PUA 77"
The LG M3 OLED TV receives high praise for its stunning picture quality, deep blacks, and bright HDR performance, with many users calling it a top-tier OLED. The wireless Zero Connect box is a standout feature, delivering lag-free video and a clean, cable-free setup. However, numerous reviews highlight severe issues with open-box purchases from Best Buy, including missing components like the Zero Connect box or remote, burn-in, and misleading condition descriptions. While the TV itself is excellent, the purchasing experience is frequently marred by poor service and misrepresentation.
