TCL Q Class 43Q651GKIT1 43"
55 out of 100 low confidence 6 reviews
The TCL TV receives mixed feedback from verified buyers. While some praise its picture and sound quality, customer service, and value during sales, others report a damaged screen on arrival and a frustrating remote without number keys or backlight. A critical issue is the claim that the advertised 144Hz refresh rate is actually 60Hz, which significantly impacts trust.
