The monitor generally works well for restaurant POS systems, with good touch sensitivity and a perfect fit for the intended use. However, there are significant quality control issues: one unit arrived with a damaged cable and another had a non-functional touchscreen, leading to poor customer service experiences. Despite these problems, most users found the product satisfactory after resolving the initial defects.
