The HP laptop generally receives positive feedback for its value, speed, and lightweight design, making it suitable for work, study, and everyday tasks. However, several verified reviews highlight significant issues: a defective display, poor customer service from HP, a clacky keyboard, and the restrictive Windows 11 S-Mode that blocks non-Microsoft apps. A few users also note the keyboard lacks backlighting and the RAM may differ from advertised specs.
