What Buyers Say
Apple MacBook Air 13.3" 2019 Gold
Customers are overwhelmingly pleased with this refurbished MacBook Air, praising its excellent condition, fast performance, and great value for the price. Most users found it nearly indistinguishable from a new laptop despite being several years old from models like 2019 and 2015. While a few encountered minor issues such as adhesive skin on the top cover, occasional screen glitches, and charger durability concerns, these did not significantly detract from overall satisfaction. The majority recommend it as a cost-effective alternative to a brand new Mac, especially for basic tasks like web browsing, email, and productivity.
Pros
- Excellent physical condition (near mint)
- Fast performance for daily tasks
- Great value for money
- Sleek design and light weight
- Apple ecosystem integration (AirDrop, iCloud)
Cons
- Adhesive skin on top cover
- Occasional screen glitches
- Battery life shorter than older models
- Charger durability issues
- Missing original box and accessories
Lenovo Legion 5i 15.1" 83F00008US
Users mostly praise the Lenovo Legion 5i for its excellent OLED display, smooth performance, and competitive price. The Intel Core Ultra processor paired with an RTX 5060 (or 5070) handles games and heavy workloads well. However, several reviewers note poor battery life (around 2 hours on Quiet mode), WiFi connectivity issues, and the need to keep GPU mode enabled for sustained performance. Overall, it's considered a solid gaming laptop for the price, with caveats about battery and software quirks.
Pros
- Excellent OLED display
- Smooth performance with Intel Core Ultra and RTX 5060/5070
- Competitive price
- High quality build
- Runs demanding software (games, SolidWorks) well
Cons
- Poor battery life (around 2 hours)
- WiFi connectivity issues
- Requires GPU mode for sustained performance
